The Solution
Proterra Group was contracted for the provision of:

-A Strategic Management Plan for overall quarry use.
-55 Quarry Management Plans for all quarries on the sales permit, and on State land as governed by DAF.
-An activity-based management plan for all quarries on the EA as governed by DE.
- Material Change of Use (MCU) for the expansion of three quarries to bring the number from under the ERA threshold, to over the threshold.
- An application to DES for the expansion of an existing ERA quarry to change the quarry's coordinates but not the threshold.
